Lakeside Escape is amazing entertaining villa. This lakefront home offers up all the space you need to enjoy the Arizona weather. Out back you have a large pool, BBQ, sport court and basketball hoop, as well as a small grass area along with plenty of seating around the fire pit to take in the lake views. Inside you will find a wide open living space, great for gathering the whole family for a meal or to watch a movie on the large 70 inch TV. There is also a game room with a pool table to keep everyone entertained. The large master has great view of the pool and back yard and a very spacious and modern bathroom with walk in rain shower with blue tooth speaker. This villa is very conveniently located near all that the valley has to offer. It is within minutes of 4 spring training stadiums and a short 10 minute or less drive into Old Town Scottsdale. This villa is the perfect choice for your next family vacation to Scottsdale.

House rules

• Signed rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking is required to book this home
• Occupancy is limited to (max occupancy), any additional guest will be charged at $250/person/day
• No Bachelor Parties, Weddings or Other Events
• No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
• Must be 33 year of age to book this home
• A valid Credit Card will be filled at the time of booking for all incidentals
• Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid. Reservations are Non-Refundable
